Hello Everyone,

We're going to start our blogs with quotes from our new book, "Back to the Book Oh Canada". Although much of our book is focused on our great nation, we want to minister to individual people who make up Canada. Here's a taste of what's to come:

The Passion Bible says Proverbs 3:24 this way - "You will sleep like a baby, safe and sound - your rest will be sweet and secure."

In Matthew Chapter 8, we read how Jesus and His disciples were in a boat crossing the lake to go to the country of the Gadarenes, opposite Galilee. Jesus was exhausted from the intensity of His ministry to thousands of people. He fell asleep.

Suddenly, there arose a violent storm - so much so, that His disciples feared for their lives! In the midst of the tumult, Jesus slept.

You can too! In the midst of your own storm, you can sleep. Your rest can be sweet and secure. At the cry of His friends, Jesus got up and rebuked the wind and the rain. It rested at His command. Matthew 8:26, in the Amplified Bible says, "There was a great and wonderful calm (a perfect peacableness)."

What storm are you facing in your life today? Look to Jesus. "He Himself is our peace" (Ephesians 2:14). He is YOUR peace. May that same great and wonderful calm - that perfect "peaceableness" rest upon you right now, in Jesus' Name.
